『鰯煮つけ/蒲焼☆鰺刺身』☆ご飯が進む!魚定食☆鰯/鰺の簡単な捌き方から調理まで!☆

今回はスーパーでお買い得だった鰺と鰯で魚定食を作りました
鰯は甘辛煮と蒲焼、鰺は刺身に!
鰯蒲焼はお弁当や作り置きの副菜としても美味しいおかずです
魚を捌くの面倒でしょうが良かったらお試しください!
もちろん切り身で買ってきて作っても大丈夫w

☆鰯の蒲焼☆
鰯 2尾
塩 少々
小麦粉 大さじ1
ピュアオリーブオイル 適量
みりん 大さじ1.5
醤油 小さじ2

☆鯵 刺身盛り☆
鯵 2尾
大根 適量
胡瓜 適量
茗荷 適量
大葉 適量
レモン 適当

☆鰯の甘辛煮☆
鰯 6尾(写真は2尾)
水 400cc
砂糖 大さじ2
みりん 大さじ2
醤油 120cc
生姜(煮汁用) 小指1関節分
針生姜 適量
オクラ 3本
糸唐辛子 適量
